MemeHouse Networks is a streaming infrastructure and creator technology business based in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what information we collect on memehousenetworks.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send a request, join the Labs list, or use a contact form, you give us your name and email, and you may add a company or channel, what you need, a budget range, a timeline, and a message. We only collect what you choose to type.
Our web server also keeps standard access logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited, and the time. We use them to keep the site secure and to understand basic traffic.
What we do not do
- We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts on this site.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Our pages serve fonts from our own servers, so your browser does not contact a font provider when you visit.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, prepare quotes, schedule work, and keep a record of the conversation. Requests are stored in our internal sales tools and trigger a notification to our team. We may share information with the service providers that host our site and run those tools, only as needed to operate them.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as they are useful to the business relationship. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.
Your rights
If you live in California, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us not to sell or share it (we do neither). We will not treat you differently for making a request. You can make a request through our contact form by choosing Something else and describing what you need.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
